Today we had our second scheduled cleaning with VepoClean and once again, we are incredibly happy and impressed with the amazing job done by our team! We’ve been with several different residential cleaning companies in the past and most have been great, but VepoClean is quickly becoming our favorite. The team is punctual, super efficient (2 hours for our 3bd2ba condo), and thorough! We added on upholstery cleaning the first time for our couches and that was a great decision – the team managed to get out the vast majority of the tough stains accumulated over the years. The team has also been so good with our two overly affectionate doodles, so we’re grateful for that 🙂
On the administrative side, the booking process can be done entirely online and the portal is easy enough to navigate, and I find this method of booking so much easier than having to call in each time. The customer service has been fast, responsive, and tailored. I had no problem or delay with rescheduling our second cleaning to accommodate my recent travel schedule.
Pricing is fair and very competitive for this area of NJ/greater NYC. For routine cleaning, ie. once a week, month etc, which is what we need, there is also a helpful discount.
