We strive to be perfect! Every time! This drive to perfection is part of our Mission Statement. But we’re all human, and sometimes we come short and/or make mistakes. In those rare instances when we do, we sincerely ask for your forgiveness and to let us know where we fell short within 24 hours of your cleaning visit.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy in the Terms of Service states that while we do not issue monetary refunds, we will make every effort to make sure you’re fully satisfied with the quality of your cleaning by correcting our mistakes.
